Why is the “Installation Complete” button grayed-out and not accessible?

  • The “Installation Complete” button is not accessible until all CIP’s or SIP’s have been completed for all products. Once all CIP’s or SIP’s have been complete, the “Installation Complete” button will become active
  • Scroll up or down on the CIP or SIP screen to view additional items
  • Select other products in the “Product” box to enter CIP’s or SIP’s for those products
    • When selecting other products, a pop-up screen appears
    • Products requiring additional CIP’s or SIP’s will appear with a light salmon background
    • Products with all CIP’s or SIP’s complete will appear with a green background
    • Select a product with a light salmon background to complete the CIP’s or SIP’s for that product
