I entered a job on the website, but it is not showing on the tablet.

  • Log out of the app and then log back in
  • All new data should be showing

Or

  • Navigate to the dashboard
  • Select the “hamburger menu” (three stacked lines) at the top left of the dashboard
  • Select “Help”
  • Select “Sync Offline Data”
  • All new data should be showing
