What if the part number is not in the system?

  • In the “Product Selection” box, select the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is not listed, select “Other”
  • Select “By Category”
  • Click the “Product Category” box and select the NMEDA category
  • Select the NMEDA subcategory
  • Select the NMEDA additional subcategory if applicable
  • Enter the part number
  • Enter the description
  • Select “New” or “Used”
  • Enter serial number if applicable
  • Click “+ Add Product”
